Amsterdam house boat

Cozy Amsterdam house boat very close to Jordaan area, the center and the Westerpark. This houseboat is renovated last year. It is very bright and clean. It is decorated as a studio. Beautiful living room with large windows to the water. Luxury kitchen with dishwasher. The dining table is at the window, from where you have a beautiful view of the canal, ducks and swans. The boat has a spacious bathroom with sink and shower. Toilet is separate. The bedroom has a double
bed. The house boat is very well located in the city, in a lively area with many shops, restaurants and cafes. At night it is quiet. The boat has a small balcony to sit outside. Really liked the location of this houseboat. It isn\'t far from the central station, especially if you use the near by tram. At the same time it is more of a residential area then a tourist area. Ate at The Rooster about two blocks away and really enjoyed it. There are grocier stores extremly close, and one that stays open late, and is super convenient. Everything was very clean and I found the bed very comfortable. Ducks and swans swam by on a regular basis and would come begging for food. I feel bad that I dont remember the womans name who gave us the keys to the place but she was extremly helpful. I had forgotten to pick up the rest of the cash I owed before arriving and felt very foolish. She was very gracious about taking me to the atm and showing me the bus, train stops, and grocery store. I\'d stay here again on a return trip.

A very warm welcome with clear information printed and recommendations for local shops. Beautifully furnished and clean - felt at home and at ease. It was a good location getting a little out of town centre as we could really chill or and relax. Loved it!
