très contente de l\'accueil que nous a fait Guy le lit confortable mais le canapé pour dormir pas confortable du tout mal isolé avec les voisin du dessus et le studio est très sombre très bien situé facile avec le tram et quartier calme

The location was convenient. The apartment was cute. The owner did a goid job making sure someone was there to meet me. The place did smell slightly of stale cigarette smoke, which triggered my allergies. Be aware that your room does not lock. I wasn\'t bothered by this but I can imagine some would.

I stayed with a friend for a few days and found the accommodation very comfortable. The room is nicely furnished with old and interesting furniture and was warm and cosy when the weather is cold and wet outside. The kitchen is well equipped and I loved having a small garden even though it was too cold and wet during our stay to sit outside. In addition the flat is located in a very peaceful quiet location but still not too far from city centre. I would recommend this apartment and would happily stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner, Guy, is such a gentleman and extremely helpful. Lovely apartment and ideally situated. Will definitely book again.

We loved staying with Guy, the apartment was so nice and really felt like a home for a few days and not just like a hotel. Guy was very friendly and had interesting stories and nice recommendations! The place is really cool and it felt like every furniture had it's own story to tell... The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows, shower was great with hot water and there's a fridge and a cocker in the kitchen. It was great to have a little outdoor bit to sit in and the flat was good size and fun to hang out in! There is a gas heater witch keeps it warm and cozy and the atmosphere is romantic and bohemian with lots of candles around! Guy was very kind and flexible about our arrival and leaving times. The location is great, near the canals. Staying with Guy made our few days in Amsterdam an adventure and we are looking forward to come back!

Guy is a lovely host and very informative about the city itself and how to get around and where the best shops are as well. The studio is very homely and on the bottom floor so easy to get to, spare linen is kept in the big wardrobe. The shower is prone to getting water all over the bathroom, but other than that is very nice. There is loads of storage space for food however there isn\'t a freezer for food to be stored for a long time. We experienced difficulty with the WiFi which isn\'t really a problem since a lot of the cafes and restaurants nearby have WiFi available and will give you the password if you ask. (if you are to go to the Anne Frank house, this studio is literally down the street from it, the house opens at 9am but the queue is massive at 8:30 so make the most of the closeness of the house by getting there early) Would definitely and happily stay in this studio again.

I stayed at this location with a friend from June 29-July 2.The location was very easy to get to from a central station by taking either tram 13 or tram 17 to Anne Frank House. The apartment is great for a couple or 2 single people but no more.Has a great patio area as well as a sitting room. The bed was comfortable but I was told the second bed was not too comfortable. The kitchen was great as we brought food and drinks in from Albert Hijan. There were enough plates and silverware to last the entire trip. The only issues were very minor and that was the television did not work and the wireless was spotty but the location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and quite safe. great shops and restaurants on our block.

Great flat in a good location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Guy was a great host!

  • Stephen O  -

This is a great location and if want you want is simply a base then this is outstanding. It is small, just one room really plus bathroom (that tends to flood!). The kitchen is OK but lacks cutlery, especially for chopping food with. The bed is fine but the mattress on the floor is hard! But as I say, great location.

A cute little studio flat, which suited the two of us perfectly for a 4 day trip in Amsterdam.
