L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i conforts, oltre ad essere a 10 minuti a piedi da Rembrandtplein e circondato da ogni tipo di comodità. Grazie di nuovo ad Alice. I rented the apartment from 24 october to 31. Alice, the owner, was really nice. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all comforts, as well is 10 minutes walk from the Rembrandtplein and is surrounded by every kind of shop. Thanks again to Alice."

Nelle vicinanze c'è un grosso supermercato, la fermata della metro, del tram e dell'autobus, ed anche un noleggio bici. La padrona di casa, è veramente disponibile e simpatica. Sistemazione con la lode!!! Considerazione importante da fare(e non è negativa):essendo in pieno centro ad Amsterdam ci sono tre ripidissime rampe di scale da fare,ottimo per tenersi in forma.... "

The host was both pleasant and accomodating (a trait of the dutch i think) Perfectly situated in a quiet street, this apartment is for quiet people. A stone's throw away from rembrants square and the flower market and a really nice chinese restaurant!! Their is a nice cafe just off the flower market where we had breakfast most day's. Convenient subway nearby, and just a 5min walk or so from the nearest tram stop. I have booked with City Mundo 3 times and i have just booked a fourth accomodation through them, all have been clean and comfortable, with varying ammenities, all have been better than staying in a hotel, and cheaper in my experience. :)"

Functional rather than luxurious, reflecting the price. Great location, just off Waterlooplein. Visited during world cup run and despite noise in town and even nearby, very quiet in apartment. Alice the host was lovely and we would definately book here again :)"

A helpfull,friendly host. Smoking permitted. Had to carry suitcase up 2 flights of steep stairs - but not as narrow and difficult compared to other places. I would definatly use this place again. "

Located in a nice area ("Jodenbuurt")near the Hortus Botanicus, it has good public transfer connections (underground, tram). We appreciated the welcome of the landlady who waited in the appartement and gave us useful tips concerning the apartement but also restaurants and sights in the neighborhood. Besides extensive sightseeing-tours we had relaxing times in our appartement."

David Bell United Kingdom (12/07/2009) "This is a quite roomy, nicely decorated studio apartment in a good location. I chose this apartment as I was visiting Amsterdam alone, however there is a single mattress available as well as the double bed so two good friends could also share. The apartment is located near Waterlooplein and is an interesting 15-20 mins walk to the old centre. The apartment is at the top of the house and you need to walk up four steep dutch flights of steps to get to it, so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone who doesn't like stairs. The decor is vaguely oriental with some lovely furniture, including a Wassily chair. If you look closely, everything is a little old and rough round the edges, but I still found it a comfortable apartment. Heating comes from a big round gas burner at the side of the room. This takes a day or two to get used to, but it kept the flat warm enough. The bathroom and kitchen are a good size, although like the rest of the flat, is a little rough and ready. The kitchen has a four ring burner, toaster and microwave plus everything else you might need to make basic meals. There were also loads of non perishable goods in the cupboards left by previous guests. To summarise, I would recommend this apartment to singles, couples or a pair of close friends looking for a basic, comfortable apartment close to the old centre. "
