Nice house with living/dining room, kitchen with a small breakfast-balcony,two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a balcony. Bathroom with bath and shower. On the roof is a terrace overlooking the south of Amsterdam, it has a dining table and loungers. The bedroom has a double bed and in the other bedroom is a double futon bed. The house is situated near the Concertgebouw, the Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum in a quiet area. By tram just a few minutes from the old centre. Walking distance about 8 minutes to the old centre. Also the Vondelpark is nearby. Internet connection available.

Very friendly contact and easy key-handover on arrival/departure. Nice roof terrace. Heating worked fine. Apartment included all appliances you need! Tram, cab-rank, supermarket, van-Gogh-museum all within 500 meters. The inner-city-centre starts only a few minutes on foot away. one little negative issue: some kitchen appliances were dirty and therefore not to use (toaster, microwave, some dishes), respectively usable just after cleaning. We'd love to come back one day!"

Nous avons apprécié les commodités de la cuisine ainsi que le balcon sur le toit.Nous y sommes restés avec nos 2 garçons de 4ans et de 20 mois. Il faut par contre noter la présence de plusieurs escaliers assez escarpés, à l'intérieur de l'appartement, ce qui ne le rend pas totalement sécuritaire pour de jeunes enfants."
