Close to Museum District and walking distance to Leidesplein for shopping and nightlife. Nice residential area of Amsterdam. Very atmospheric and picturesque. Towels, Linen, Hairdryer, Iron everything you need. Self contained and private apartment in friendly hosts house. No hesitation recommending!!!"

He lives on site and is very helpful if you need him to be. Otherwise, he is totally unobtrusive and you feel as though you have lived there for years. The apartment itself is immaculate, bright, airy, and spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Amsterdam, be close to the heart of the city, but not right in the midst of all the tourists."

And I am sure that my very nice accomodation contributed to it !The flat is very close to the Vondelpark indeed, but it also takes only about 10 walking minutes to get into town.Supermarkets are also close by. My hosts were very friendly, lovely and helpful. The flat itself was on the second floor of one of those typical old dutch houses, which I love.As I stayed in December it was quite important that it was warm and cosy, I even got to light the fire place.Also the flat was clean, tidy and had all the required necessities. It's light, quiet and furnished with quite a few antique bits. And yes... I liked staying there a lot and I can only recommend it to other people. A big thank you to my hosts and to City mundo. I will be back! "
