L'appartement est situé juste a coté du Tramways qui mène rapidement au centre ville sans aucun soucis. De plus, des supermarchés aux alentours permettent facilement de faire quelques courses. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. "

Roberta Muccini Italy (07/06/2011) "Me and my daughter spent very nice days in this flat, that is well equipped, confortable and in a very nice area (few tram stops from Dam square and few meters from a nice park). Next to the flat there is one of the most popular daily market of the city and all around you find shops, restaurants, bars etc....but at the same time the flat is very silent. There is also the possibility of preparing your breakfast...pity there is no possibility to cook. Ellen, the owner, is very nice and kind person. We like it very much :)"

Interesting and safe area - very near the wonderful Dappermaarkt. I could feed myself simply using the kitchen area. Only small gripe is that a bedside lamp would have been nice."

Dianne Crawford United States of Amerika (07/03/2010) "This was my 7th visit to Amsterdam, but my first visit solo, and my first time renting accommodation through Citymundo. It was great! This room is located a few blocks South of the city center. The location is wonderful - turn right when you exit and you find a tram stop for #4 that will take you into the center (although Rembrandtplein is only a 15 minute walk). There is an organic grocery, an Albert Heijn and a DA drugstore also within a couple minutes walk. Turn left as you exit and you find the extremely beautiful Saphartipark. 3 blocks away is the Albert Cuyp market. The room itself is lovely, full of natural light and spotlessly clean. When I checked in it had been recently painted and was looking great. The bed is SUPER comfortable, and it is convenient and money-saving to have the Senseo (yum) coffeemaker, fridge, kettle, and microwave. Free wi-fi and TV are included, and there is a bookshelf with books and magazines. The bathroom is surprisingly large, and the shower had great water pressure. The room is non-smoking. I smoke cigarettes, and as a female, I felt safe going outside to smoke even late at night. Ellen, the landlady, is very nice -- eager to make sure I was comfortable, there if I needed her, but also non-intrusive. And she rides a really cool bike. :-) By the end of my week stay, I was ready to move in forever. Thumbs Up! "

Etwas raus aus dem Zentrum, dafür im viel angenehmeren Viertel "De Pijp", welches Cafés und Kneipen hat, in dem auch Menschen Kaffee trinken, die tatsächlich in Amsterdam leben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Anbindung und netter Park direkt um die Ecke. Schön. Mittelmäßig, dass man im Appartement selbst nicht kochen kann (wegen dem Rauchmelder...). Geht aber auch prima ohne: erstklassige Falafelbude keine 1,3 Minuten entfernt."

Catharina Fleczoreck Germany (05/28/2010) "süßes zimmer mit integrierter küche, kleinem schrank, essecke, fernseher und extra bad im souterrain. schade ist, dass es keinen herd zum kochen gibt. aber in der info ist das erwähnt. leider ist im bad kein fenster und der abzug funktioniert nicht wirklich. aber vielleicht wird das jetzt auch grad alles wieder schick gemacht, denn nach uns sollte wohl jemand etwas in der wohnung evtl. machen. völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber und angenehm, nah an einem sehr schönen park, einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einem sehr großen wochenmarkt (mo.-sa.) und den trams. von hier aus erreicht man problemlos auch zu fuß die altstadt und die schönen grachten. die besitzerin wohnt nebenan im rest des hauses und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. in den kühlschrank hatte sie sogar wasser für uns gestellt, ansonsten gab es kaffee, tee, zucker, öl zum kochen und alles andere, was man in der küche so braucht. wenn was nicht da gewesen wäre, hätten wir danach fragen können. sie hat uns auch eine super parkmöglichkeit verraten, bei der man pro tag nur 6 statt auf manchen straßen teilweise 60 euro bezahlt. am olympiastadium gibts ne tiefgarage für park & ride. alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"

The apartment was very comfortable and located in a comfortable place(near to sharpatipark, cupymarkt) and even by walking not far from central station(half an hour). The only duty was that we couldn't use the stove because of the fire alarm and if you are italian and you want to eat pasta is a big problem!! However Ellen (host) and the neighbouhrs were very kind and disposable."
