We enjoyed a lot in this house and in the city. The house is just in walking distance to the city center and it has a good view from the window. So the location is perfect, the house has all equipments which you need to use and the wireless was working without a porblem. And also the host was so kind, first day he gave us all useful informations about the place and city. We were three friends in the house and we felt like in our own house. If I visit Amsterdam again I would like to stay again here. 9/10

We spent a week here with our 16-month-old daughter and had a wonderful time. The flat is in a great location, right on the canal, near transportation, and close to many interesting shops/restaurants. The roof deck and french doors on the main level open out onto a view over the canal, which we really enjoyed. There is a crib and many toys/baby gear available, as well as a really nice kitchen for self-catering. Some things to note: -They aren't kidding about the steep stairs to access the apartment. It feels precarious to carry a little one up and down but we got used to it after a day or two. -There is no bath tub, which presented a challenge or us with the baby. -They expect payment in full on arrival in cash. That's printed somewhere on the contract, but in very small print. It's an awful lot of cash to be carrying around straight from the airport/train station. We had issues being able to withdraw enough from our bank in one day, but the hosts were accommodating. Would be nice if the hosts considered allowing payment in advance by Paypal or credit card. Or, alternatively, payment at the end of the visit like a hotel so you would have time to secure the cash.
