Bimhuis music

A totally new and architecturally exciting building was constructed recently on the southern bank of the IJ (Piet Heinkade), looking out over the water and offering a wide variety of concerts. The building consists of two sections: The Muziekgebouw and the Bimhuis. The Muziekgebouw’s program includes concerts and festivals in a broad variety of contemporary music styles; the Bimhuis specializes in jazz. You can view the programs on the web sites of the Muziekgebouw and of Bimhuis (both available in English).
