How do I create an account?
You create an account at the moment that you have found an accommodation that you would like to reserve.
This means that you don’t first have to create an account before looking for suitable accommodation.
As soon as you have found your accommodation, click on the button ‘Book now’. Then give your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
As soon as you have filled in these details an account will be created for you automatically at CityMundo at the point at which you are logged in.
You will receive by return a mail with the login details so that you can always access your account.
What will I be able to do when logged in on my account?
-Make a secure payment with credit card, PayPal, or Ideal>.
–Examine bookings with their associated details.
–Print reservation forms.
Are my personal details safe at CityMundo?
CityMundo will at all times treat personal details confidentially and never use them for other purposes or reveal them to third parties unless:
-CityMundo is under a legal obligation to do so;
-you make an explicit request to that effect;
The website of CityMundo will not be used to collect or collate personal information with a view to its external distribution, support for sales activities and/or preparation of mailing shots for third parties.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Please provide us with the e-mail address that you submitted with your registration. We shall send you an e-mail with your user name and a link with which you can once more register your password.
